Ingredients: 1 condom (not a ballon)
2 alca-seltzer tablets
some water
a toilet /> a person who can tie fast

Put the tablets in the condom. Have the toilet open
and pour some water in
the condom. Now tie it quickly and flush it. RUN like hell. The
preasure from
the alcaseltzer in the pipes causes the water to blast out of the toilet. Do /> it to an enimies or a public toilet. Don’t do it in a porta-potty. Those don’t
flush, so it
won’t work.
