To make a still:

Obtain a holding tank, It will need to be able to hold approximately 6 gallons.
take
youre holding tank and drill a hole the diameter of the hose you will
be putting in the hole
in the bottom. Put something over the
inside of the hole such as guaze or mesh to stop the
solid stuff coming out the
hole. Put a hose approximately 1 cm in diameter and about 20 cm
long into the
hole you drilled and seal it with some sort of water-proof sealant. Put a
valve
on the end of the pipe inserted into the holding tank and connect another piece
of
pipe to the other side of the valve.

Take a beaker or some sort of other type of
container that can be heated with a
cork or lid. Run the hose either directly into this
container or via a larger
tube conected to the top of the beaker.

Now, bend the
big pipe around, so it is pointing down at a 45 degree
angle. Attach this pipe to some sort of
container such as a upside-down softdrink
bottle Connect a small pipe leading out of the lid
of the bottle to a big cup or
something that you will catch your 200 proof alcohol in. Make a
rack to place your
beaker on so that it can be heated easily by some sort of burner or an
element.

The longer the tube leading away from the beaker to the condenser,
the
longer the distillation process will take, so keep that quite close.
If you get the alcohol
too close to the flame, it might evaporate. Keep that
at the end of a long pipe.

Take a very long length of surgical
tubing or some sort of thin (0.5 mm diameter) tubing and
wrap it around the
condenser, leaving almost no space in between coils. I usually wrap some
duct
tape around the tubing so it keeps it in place and insulates it a bit. Now,
run one
end of the tubing to something like a garden or if you are water
concious, to a bucket, and
the other to a preasured water supply (hose,
water cylinder etc) This is what the finished
still should look like:
