THIS WAY…SO REVERSE PHASE MAKES THE METER
SLOW DOWN AND IF YOUR
LUCKY IT WILL GO BACKWARDS. ANYWAY IT MEANS A CHEAPER ELECTRIC BILL.
sorry this will not work ,the placement of a capacitor with a damping resistor accross a single phase motor winding enables the field to start and then acts as a poor rf filter device , the capicitor on its own normally at least 10mfd is used on motors and discharge lighting as standard to induce power factor correction
and if increased behond reasonable would have a leckage current and therefore had to your bills.
No if you want to save money just bypass the meter ( phase or live side )
