Toilet paper tubes work quite well for most things. However sometimes you need something stronger so that it doesn't just blow apart when the initiating charge goes off...For this you could use a pill bottle or other plastic container. Something else would be to roll your own casings which is pretty easy and you can probably figure out how to do it yourself..
