I too am trying to build muscle this year as i am 6"1 and 14 years of age. I am very skinny too. Here is some information I have dug up.

I don't want to buy muscle building supplements so instead eat high protein foods. Here is a list I have found:

as far as muscle exercises, i don't want to buy any fancy equipment (except i already have a rowing machine and exercise bike) so i will stick to basic exercises. A site with a heap of info on this is here:
