There is no straight codeine product available over the counter. Of this I am certain. There are OTC products which contain codeine, but some of them are lethal when consumed in doses large enough to have an effect. Have a look on

Morning Glory and Hawaiian Woodrose are available from most headshops here. There are tecnhiques for extracting the LSA from the seeds but I wouldn't bother. Although, what with the laws in the US banning any substance that resembles already banned substances, I doubt it's legal there.
Ephedrine is just sold as ephadrine. Or maybe some sort of pep pills. They're illegal here but I'm under the impression that they are legal in the US.
