Wal-Mart has (allegedly) 100% KNO3 in Spectracide brand stump killer. Or my Wal-Mart does at least. I looked the MSDS up before I bought some, and it says 100%, which doesn't have me as excited as if it would have said 98%, since even KNO3 purchased to actually BE KNO3 isn't 100%.
