Ok, little help. When I go to the gym, I do my routine, happy days. But the only thing is the gym for your arms are the bog-standard dumbells, which I have at home. I'm not going to sit in a smelly room full of sweaty people dressed like an idiot to do weights that I have at home.
So.... whats a good routine for your arms alone? (I tell the story because that would be a retarded question without it).
All I can think of are the normal arm curls for your biceps, the one every kid with a set of weights does. What about your triceps? Which are the one's on the back, right? Is there anything else I should be working on? Start jerking-off with my left hand? |
