Have experience with AZ, TX, CA, MI, PA, and starting to mess around with FL. As far as inkjet printers and microprint you will not achieve it. I don't even know of a PVC printer that will give you microprint (you can simulate it with a Fargo HDP). Dropped you a PM with the e-mail address. What state you working on that requires multispec?

The safest thing would be to learn this stuff yourself, and profit from it. It's not that easy, but it sure cuts out all of these brokers, scammers, CI and LE. I don't sell ids and don't answer PMs asking about shit that has already been discussed in the forums.
