OK so maybe i spoke to soon about knowing everything about the Fl ID. The only thing I see on the 2-d that is encrypted is all the numbers and stuff before the name field. I dont know how to decode this, however I dont think it matters. I do know how to decode the DL number (or i should say i found a site that does it) but you may have already found this.
Most people that scan the barcode this are only concerned with the birthdate field ect. I have the same license as you do, also with corr lens. I dont have my encoder here with me to scan my license and check, but i dont think that my mag strip has restriction "B" on it, so maybe they made a mistake on yours or something, but i can check in a few days to verify when i have my encoder. Again, i dont think this stuff matters, at ABC liquors the scan machine toggles to the birthdate field and thats all it reads.
