I use Teslin for California ect, and it actually works OK for Fl. The Fl ID is interesting actually though, its not PVC as you may have noticed. It is coated mylar (the printed side) stuck to a Teslin like material and laminated (the back side) This seems sort of new, im not sure if any other states are doing this... diong it on PVC would probably work just fine, but ive been printing the front on Mylar and sticking it to Teslin. Now that you mention it i think im just going to do it on PVC, its easier.
