I have a die cutter, the cheap 300 dollar one and it works fine. Califonia IDs are not on PVC, and the resolution of the PVC printer isnt high enough. Whats the deal with the new NY ID, it has some sort of squiggly line over the face or something? What is that?
Do you know or have you heard of anyone trying to make multi-spec holos with lasers ect.? I got a book on homeade holography and the Rainbow Hologram section basically said that these are near impossible to do. And, even if you did know how, im not sure if its possible to make holos that look like state holos.
