Number of potential solutions to this.
Is there a window or another door w/o a deadbolt? Try that.
If the wall looks flaky try kicking the door in.
Drill a hole in the door and try to push the actuator back with a screwdriver (this method only works if the deadbolt doesn't have a metal housing inside the door).
Get a hole saw (4 1/2" if you have big hands) and cut a hole in the door.

The safest thing would be to learn this stuff yourself, and profit from it. It's not that easy, but it sure cuts out all of these brokers, scammers, CI and LE. I don't sell ids and don't answer PMs asking about shit that has already been discussed in the forums.
