Hi guys im new to the forum but I might be able to help you out in order to make pearl-ex stick to transparency you need a regular printer personally I use Epson R800.print out the logo on the transparency sheet make sure its not inkjet cause it will dry instantly you want your image kind of wet you immediately apply the powder after printing on the image then you get a fine brush (I would reccommend the type the cops use for fingerprinting)and dust it off slightly you should have a perfect california seal or whatever seal your using after you clean it good apply clear coat of spray paint recommended grumbachers,or krylon at michaels. It is very important not to put your fingerprints on the transparency sheet because your oily fingers will get the pearl-ex to stick on the sheet and its very hard to take off.
