My list of uses is rather long for said explosive. Mainly it's to make small objects explode. I do not intend to harm others or something dangerous, that's why I am looking for such a small damage zone. I want a circle of fire which is from edge to edge is ~ three feet in diameter.
Does quality of materials really matter as far stability or dependency of the explosive?
