I would not recommend doing more than one 4oz (354mg) for a first time. DXM is a strong drug, and some people can trip balls from a relatively small dose. Taking a Benadryl about an hour before you dose helps the nausea a lot too. If you have any questions about DXM consult the FAQ or ask on here.
