Have a think about it - why would anyone put up something like this on the Internet for free? There's always a catch - and the hidden malware is the catch with this one. Whoever published it is aiming at kids looking for ePenis by letting them "hack". :roll:
Anyway, those kids are probably too busy drooling over their to-be ePenis (as they see it) to think that it might be a trojan in itself.

I'd suggest not, but I don't know the workings of these files. I do know that many trojans and other malware put themselves into the registry to force their files to run on startup.
If you're worried that your computer is infected isolate it from other computers (including the Internet) and either format the drive (not just re-install -
format it), or have someone who knows what they're doing clean out your system for you.
