Depends on your age and skills. If you are 18 or over, a good suit and an ability to lie would get you a job in sales. If you are under 18 (and I presume you are) then your options are more limited. Before you attempt any of the illegal options that others are going to present you might want to consider that most people who make a living from crime go to jail at some point. (Usually several points.)

crazy white guy's suggestion: any safe that contains large amounts of cash isn't going to be cracked by an amateur with hand tools. It will also have additional security around it (alarms, cameras, locked doors etc).
Selling drugs has its drawbacks too - suppliers, customers, and jail time is almost guaranteed if you get caught.
The best solution for you is probably to find cash-in-hand work where you won't pay tax. Get some experience and qualifications and go from there.
I confidently predict that you won't get rich following any of the advice you get here. (My advice won't make you rich either, but it will make you much more comfortable then you would be in jail.)
