Overthrowing a government - Okay so lets brainstorm, what group of people would be suitable for this? A shitload of people, so lets narrow it down.
College Students would be good sheeple because lots of them are so far up their own ass with their hippie "change the world" enviromental shit.
There is already several eco-terrorist groups around the world buy most of them stay away from hurting people and focus on doing damage that causes people to lose money.
Groups such as
ELF,
ALF, and lots more minor ones.
The good thing about these groups is that there is no structure at all, people who want to help are encouraged to form a group and attack, but there is no heirarchy and no leader.
So among college students it wouldn't be hard to find some people who would want to join ELF or ALF, but we need to convince them that financial damage to the enemy isn't enough, after all the enemy are millionares and billionares and the only thing that might stop them is a more violent approach.
When you get about 7-10 people, start planning attacks that would get a lot of attention and draw more college students to you.
Also, very important: you need to establish a heirarchy if you want any real power.
When you get aprox. 50 people plan protests in the street and hold speeches, maybe start riots if you can.
After you get over 100 people, begin forming your plan to overthrow the government, set up training facilities to change these college students into soldiers.
I don't know how you would get weapons, but with 100 people someone is bound to know someone who knows an arms dealer, Alternatively you could raid gun stores, police stations, etc. but this should be another thread.
You got your soldiers, you got your plan, let the civil war begin.
