Satanists don't believe Satan is the creator. thats just the ridiculous notion of the post above. i have a copy of the satanic bible in the drawer in front of me.
It wasn't even a religion as would be suggested, it was written as a philosophy for life against the christian way of banning and prohibiting things that a small minority of people dont like.

It became a religion to become controversial and thus majorly increase its popularity. But Anton Szandor LaVey, the book's creator - not Satan, was an egomaniac and liked to invent stories to make himself a bit cooler... attention seeking kinda business.
If you want to know about satanism. just read the book.... but please dont go anywhere near satanism.com or whatever the ridiculous "official" american website for it is. it's so full of shit its sickening.
