This will never happen, I can guarentee it, if you were subscribing to websites they would be hard pushed to allow advertisments on the site aswell

There is far too much advertising revenue to be lost. As one of the benefits for paying a subscription fee now for a website is the lack of advertising!

Also, What is to stop anyone creating their own content, it cannot be stopped, think about it, the internet is not a physical entity. There is not one place, one big hard drive where the internet is stored. If you have a server (which isn't that hard) then you are not pushing that information onto anybody or violating anybodys space, rather the people accessing the info on your server are taking that data from you, so I personally beleive that this will be uncontrollable.
