here is a good way

get a CD burner

make a laser out of it the same way you make a burning laser out of a DVD player

attached a regular crappy laser pointer to it for a sight

and point it at the camera

this will temporarily blind the camera and eventually destroy it

and since its infrared it can't be seen nobody will notice unless the camera is currently being watched and even then they just check the camera later for problems

the infrared laser can blind people though from reflection and direct viewing so be careful not to blind yourself or other people...
