Awesome, appreciate that post I'm sure that program will come in handy for many. Yeah I guess that's not the problem then in my case, since it's tried all and it's still not working
Under device manager it's shown as com3 with an exclamation point next to it, and under details it says "windows cannot determine the settings for this device...use the resource tab to manually set the configuration." I'm guessing the drivers that came with it are the problem or i have to change the configuration under the resources tab. If anyone can post up what the settings they got under their resources tab for the msr206 looks like I would appreciate it greatly. It's located at Device Manager > Ports > MSR206 Properties > Resources.
