Like legality is ever really an issue in getting a gun. I could go to Milwaukee, WI(I live in northern WI) and get a gun so easily right now and I could do it without a permit or I could break into one of the hundreds of rednecks' houses and steal a gun. So just because it is illegal for children to have a gun doesn't mean that they can't get one. And what about the university shootings where the killer is over eighteen(or is it twenty-one) so he can legally have a handgun.

"Getting rid of guns" does not work, never has worked, and never will.
So getting more people to own guns is the solution to gun violence.
