Concrete is only good for people who can fall and people who are at least advanced beginner. I recommend not trying parkour on concrete at first because you WILL fall. My advise on that.

i also agree that david belle just gave it a name but he also brought all the people that do it today together so he still deserves credit for it. if it wasnt for him i wouldnt be doing it today and im sure most of you if not all of you wouldnt either.

David Belle gave it the name but i don't care. I learned parkour from my krav maga teacher who learned it when he still lived in Israel i forget what they call it over there but it is something they have to learn in their military training.
I never heard of David Belle before like a year after i started practicing parkour.
