Okay, so after some research in nicotine, can't figure out if it needs to be in its freebase form to be skin permeable or could it be in any form?
EDIT: Nicotine does not seem to work as a contact poison.
Ten cigarettes worth of tobacco was removed and placed in twice its mass of isopropyl alcohol and gently heated. Tobacco was removed from the container and set under a strong lamp over a few weeks.
Self testing was conducted since no volunteers were present. Pinky finger was dipped into the nicotine and [knowing the feeling/effects of smoking] there was absolutely no buzz or anything.
Help please?
