Yeah but the charges are different. Yeah they both get your license suspended for six months but you can have 10 failed to submitt to sobriety test charges and they will always be misdameanors but if you get 3 dui's it becomes a felony charge. I'd rather have failure to submitt to a sobriety test then a DUI because then when applying for a job, if the boss happens to bring it up, you can come up with something like "he started doing this pen test to me and he said I failed that test(which this test is TOTAL BULLSHIT) and after that I realized that even though I'm not drunk, they are going to do what they can to arrest me so I told them no more tests".
Something like that.
