Umm telling a cop to "fuck off" would be an obstruction of justice therefore resulting in prosecution.
Secondly, if you smashed the breathalyzer wouldn't the be some form of offense? In Canada you can refuse to take the breathalyzer, but you will not be allowed to continue driving until you allow for other methods of testing to be done.
