Update:

The redesigned $5's aren't a problem at all - they're actually easier to clean than the older $5's. The only issue stems from them having a giant "5" watermark instead of a face. This of course doesn't matter as long as the clerk doesn't check the watermark.

By the way, you should print the bills with faces from the same generation.
i.e. 2006 re-designed $5's should be re-printed with 2006 re-designed $10's or 20's. I suggest this because the heads, denominations, and writting will all be in similar locations on the re-designed bills.

Overall, the new $5's produce a better quality final product than their predecessors . . . off to the bank to get more.
