what program are you using to print it?.....i use a cannon photo quality printer and i simply copy the bill using the scanner and it prints the exact same size.....i then reverse the paper put it back in and copy the back of the bill.....all i had to do was adjust the color settings on the copy menu and the colors lucky enough came out fine...if you are using a program rather than copying it.....youll need to look for the resize options in the toolsd...you should be able to adjust the rezise percentage untill you find the right size...
also....if your only problem is printing....would you care to throw some ideas out there concering actually getting rid of them...
so far the main things are...
1>buying small items and getting change
2>buying items and returning them to a different location
3>drugs and selling them
