Lye will work on EVERY bill reguardless of denomination, age, series, etc. The bill I showed the pic of was from the newest series (the "pimped out" bill series). It has also been tested on the earlier 5s (though not the ones from the 1990s).
I recommend using the newest series because it's easier to get crisper bills (which have less wear and will stand up to cleaning better).

Well you can do up to 3 at once, assuming you have 3 crisp bills to start with (3 bills will fit on a single page).
To answer the other questions:
No, putting up pictures of my own bills would be pointless since your computer's anti-counterfeightting software will stop you from printing them.
