I don't have pics right now - like I said, I have company till monday.
My method (not varified to be perfect yet):
Cut the paper into 3 equal strips (each strip should be 8.5" x 3.7")
16-20 Quart container
8 Quarts of Water
1 Cap of Downy
Cut the sheets into 3 peices per sheet and place the sheets into the water/downy solution. Let them sit there for 30minutes - then flip all the bills so the floaters get they're turn under water - wait another 30minutes.
You now have 2 options. You can dry the papers clothesline style over a bathtub and let them drip dry - or you can stick the bills between paper towels and let the towels absorb the moisture (I'm guessing that the clothesline version will be better, but I am yet to try it).
\/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/AFTER PRINTING\/ \/ \/ \/ \/ \/
After the bills have been printed, put them in a clothes dryer with some dryer balls (seen below). This will take away they're crispness and give them a more "used" feel (remember: a used bill is a trustworthy bill).
Dryer balls are basically solidified downy in the form of a mace-like ball. The spikes on the ball are important because they give the paper a "deep-tissue-massage" making the fabric softer.
