Nice post Kink, but how is that different from soaking the paper first and then printing? I got some pretty decent bills but the feel wasn't right. Real bills felt more "waxy" and crisp, even if they looked old. I have yet to lift some Linen paper to test but I'll try to soon. I actually made about $30 for weed last night with some not right feeling bills by getting change from stores and such. One clerk did catch a fake because he noticed the feeling of the bill which led him to check for a watermark.
As racist as it sounds the best way to move the fakes is to find old Asian store owners and ask for change (Two $10s) They won't really bother with checking to hard because they see so many bills in a day, and they also don't really know the rules (Most) so they wont call you on anything.

EDIT: If ya wanted to go all out with watermarks check out "Aegis" on this page Thermography and Business Card Slitting Equipment Manufacturer - Therm-O-Type Corporation could mean Decent $50's if not $100's
Also what about spray on sealant for the pen test? They sell that stuff at many art stores and I'm sure you could spray it on and buff it out to look legit and hide the starch.
