i know this is really late but im a new memeber and dont think anyone has replied, but if you take out insurance with any company, then imediatly cancel it once you have all the documents, you can use this to show police when/if you are pulled. not sayin this will work because here in england they have computers in thier car that checks for no insurance. What you could do also is find a car excat same to yours, get number plates matching that car, (if it has insurance tax MOT etc) and put it on your own car, you will need to learn the person who owns the cars name address date ovv birth etc...
