Jeez, all these people banging on about who invented parkour.
Parkour was never formally invented. Not in Israel or France or anywhere else. It has always existed and always will exist. I and a few of my friends did parkour and free running for years before we found out it had a name or who David Belle was or what traceur is. We just called what we did "running around."
Running, jumping, rolling, etc. is something that comes naturally and not an invention of any kind. All it is is a different way of thinking and enough balls to carry it out.
