 There is a simple program
A guy created a boot disk that works on all versions of windows (negative [as in NOT] windows 7) and it shows all users on that particular windows version and it allows you to clear the passwords, bump a user up to administrator, and change any and all passwords. It is so simple a four year old could use it and it looks like it was built in 1985 because it looks just like dos did when I first had a Tandy 2000.
In any case I have it on a disc right here and it is actually a really small program. Too bad I had to waste a perfectly good 15 cent cd.
Look it up in google and you should find it really fast. THe site is really simple without graphics except the background and he has like thirty versions but just down the latest.
THis is really simple, no stolen laptop or pc cannot be opened, wiped, and put your own windows or ubuntu or other linux on there.
