What is Parkour?

Which is true, but there are some parkour-specific techniques, and some gyms and training-groups like Primal Fitness, that specialize in free-running and parkour, do have some methods and tricks specific to them.
And while running is natural, wall-running and tic-tacs aren't necessarily. It's hard work, and it's dangerous sometimes. Yeah, it takes balls, but I don't wanna run into a ballsy 12-year-old n00b at a roof jam or something Putting in the time learning to do it right, rather than relying only on what seems like a good idea at the time, is definitely worth a person's while; it can really save on wear & tear in the long run.
