wrap duct tape around his balls then duct tape to his leg. If hes a hairy one it'll be painful to remove the tape. Apart from that, something embarrassing such as putting his hand in warm water will suffice. If he pisses himself while the duct tape is there, he will have to deal with removing the piss soaked tape from his balls =) |
