I haven't watched the video you posted because Im sure i remember it on TV. The PENG lady pretends to be a cleaner or some thing...
You will only get caught if the catch u red handed, or they find the key-logger and then find you're fingerprints. I doubt both very much if you are careful.
You should check out the existing key-logger thread, you will find it very useful.
