I didn't miss it, but with a guerrilla force medical needs will be tough to get. So your buddies are gonna be your doctor. You can't go to an ER for gun shot wounds and not raise suspicion. Even if you have a small clinic and a Dr. available to you you still won't have the proper equiptment or staff for serious injuries...
