Why not just steal his online banking pass? Even if I was able to steal his pass and have his online banking codes, it's not a good idea, because he can monitor where the money is going to and press charges for stealing the money.
Or take his credit card? Even if I had his cc and pincode, he wouldn't have more than a few thousand limit.

these days almost any crime small or big can land you lots of jail time so you better be willing to take the risk yourself because I doubt anyone is going to randomly take this job. If the money is all really legitimate I don't know how you would be having problems there are lawyers everywhere that would take that case. Or you could make his life living hell, smash windows, steal is car, and threaten him till you get the money.
