There is a reason you have torrenting sites and such located in different countries. iDefense used legal threats to tear down the sites it attacks. But it has no jurisdiction and neither does the American justice system when the servers the sites are located on are in a different country. I suggest if you have or are going to start a fringe board, move it to a server host in Sweden. The internet security laws there are absolutely outstanding, you can say phrases that would get you thrown in jail without a single infraction being put upon yourself or your account.
