As far as I know, Roguesci's server is not located in the USA, it's across the Ocean in a place WAY out of the FBI's jurisdiction. There's no way the site would have survived for 10 years with a US based server. As such, I believe this is a temporary issue. No need to get worked up about the loss at this point.
