Some of the older MetroPCS phones will receive text messages for what ever number you program as the MIN (mobile ID number)...Activate the phone with metro (but don't actually make any calls) and then look up the programming codes for that phone, and change the MIN to the number of the person your trying to "TAP"...note: This ONLY works with MetroPCS and it doesn't work with ALL their phones...I actually bought myself a new MetroPCS phone a couple months ago, and when they provisioned it to my account, my old phone wouldn't make calls anymore, but it kept receiving my text messages for almost two months... |
