I'm not quite sure this is what he was gunning for :-). Originally he wanted to know (ostensibly) if there was a way to, uh, cleverly manipulate the guys running the billing. I presented a more honest business venture that he could use to make good, consistent money. With the personal info you'd obtain using the rental applications there's really nothing that could be done with the 'eWhore' sites as he called it. However I'm sure he could figure something else out
