I'd recommend taping off the back side of pouch (on glossy side) except the section where the magstipe goes, sand the glossy area lightly to get a bite, sand the back side of the pre cut vhs-stipe,put some blue tape on top of the vhs-stipe to prevent silicone residue, then smear some clear silicone on back of card in between tape super thin, then smear back of vhs-stripe that you lightly sanded with clear silicone to prevent bubbles, then apply it quik, scrape lightly with pressure to press out excess silicone, wait til next day o peel tape,did this back in the day with clear epoxie, just thought clear silicone would werk better since it bend and the epoxy doesnt
