 A Better Solution
Have you heard of Netspend? Its better than Greendot because as mentioned above it can receive ACH transfers. So you can send bank transfers from a bank account to the card, and then use it to purchase items or use it at an ATM.
As for your problem with the activation not working, it may be because the address doesn't match the person's registered address for credit check.
When I receive a Netspend card, all I have to do to activate it is type in the card# and SSN, and that's it. To apply you just need Name, DOB, SSN, and the address can be your own or a drop.
I suggest you try them instead. Good luck!! |
