I disagree. If you claim something blatently wrong then you should be held accountable for it, even after you admit your mistake. If it's a genuine error of judgement then who cares? We've all done that. If it was a straight out lie then people deserve to the member is prone to lies.

Two: All infractions should be publicly displayed by the member's name. "Why" should be easily accessed. (To allow members to police the punishment and see it is doled out fairly.)
Seems like a lot of effort. If a member wants to challenge an infraction they're free to bring it up publicly or privately with and of th mods. Given that 99% of infractions are cut and dry it seems unnecessary.

A suggestion: Put the Rules in a Separate category or very top of the forum list. (They are hard to find.)
I'll see if I can now.

Also, I see nothing on "double posting" in the rules. Where Is this, if it exists?
It's not there. The rules don't claim to be complete. Normally a member just needs to be informed on our procedure (and forum etiquette in general) and it stops being an issue. If they don't catch on straight away then it might lead to an infraction. It's only dragged on longer than that once and that lead to two bans and nine infractions, but there's always one...

Still, I guess I'll add it now.

Edit; more like nineinfractions. I crack myself up...
