mead I have a 25 litre container in which mead is fermenting. It has been nearly three weeks and it still bubbles. (You know, that water filled thingy on top of the lid.) I read on the net that the alcohol content after two weeks will be roughly 12%. Now, i want to know, can i drink it even if its still fermenting a little or will i get stomach pain? The mead is glass clear, not muddy like it was in the beginning. I used honey, sugar and lemons. |
