I am planing on having a party at my house sometime. I plan on only having drinks, I was*hoping that anyone would share advice and past experiences*thx

i remember leaving a lot of parties that only had drinks to go smoke weed.

also, put all your breakables/stealables away. I assume your parents will be away, lock their room. buy a bottle of the carpet stain remover.

im useing an off building of my house its all tile so no carpet has heater bathroom fridge ect any idea are welcome

Are you providing the drinks? If so, everyone will love it.

Stereo. Do all your frieds have the same music tastes? An AUX cable is your very best friend.

Disco/strobe lights always go down a treat. I invested in a strobe.

If it's all tile you'll need a lot of seating. Plus a heater, but you already mentioned that.

Somewhere for everyone to sleep is always nice. If not everyone, then at least a place for those who inevitably get wasted and need to sleep it off.

Really though, it's the people make the party. What is it; invitation only? Are you or your friends big enough to enfore that?

Idont have very much money so everyone will hafta pitch in for drinks, people will pretty much hafta sleep on the floor but thats not a big deal i have a large deck off of the building thats were we will most likely spend most of the party im gonna keep it kinda small close friends.Im mainly im looking for advice to keed it on the down low fun and safe i dont want some kid dieing at my party

the one thing i learned about going to house parties is to be considerate. I partied at a house a lot that always had people in and out. Parties were a daily occurence, consisting of alcohol and weed. The problem comes when somone invites someone who brings something else. This usually stems from some chachbag highschool kid thats sells ecstacy because he's a badass.

being the "moderator" of the party you have to put your foot down. If you make a scene of it they'll usually back down. That's the great thing about peer pressure, people are sheep. If the badass with X is suddenly the fuck ass that brought ecstacy to an otherwise good party people will adopt that mentality.

I've seen that exact situation go down like that many times before.

although, one time i brought some 40x salvia to a party and no one had ever tried it so i obliged and before i knew it there were like 8 people tripping on salvia all at once. since people were drunk it was pretty funny for those who were watching, but i could see the same situation go very differently. point being is that when people have no inhibitions (naturally or due to alcohol) some dangerous shit can happen. If you vocalize your disapproval early you should be fine.

most people in my school are afraid of me plus im keeping it on the down low and we dont have room for very many people thx for the help guys

good thing for big parties is to cover anything you dont want to get attention or anything you dont want getting broken is to cover it with the plastic from big black industrial trashbags. worked for me. and be prepared to clean that tile in the morning. :]
